We’re starting with our home base, Palm Valley! In Ponte Vedra, FL, near Jacksonville and historic St. Augustine, this upscale beach town is a slice of sunshine right on the Atlantic coast.
What To Do
The first place people want to go when they come to Florida is the beach, and Ponte Vedra’s sunny shores do not disappoint! Locals love heading down to Mickler’s Beach. Not only is it beautiful, but it conveniently offers bathroom facilities, outdoor showers & plenty of parking. Enjoy splashing in the waves or go on a hunt for shark teeth. It’s not surprising it made CNN’s list of 22 Can’t Miss U.S. Beaches. Don’t forget to wear your UPF 50+ sport zip polo on all your beach day adventures!
Going from sand to sidewalk, there’s tons of fun shopping all over the Palm Valley area. Right at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club they have tons of boutiques to take care of all your needs from their Golf Pro shop to their Spa Boutique. Make sure to stop by the PV Inn & Club Surf Shop to browse Cabana Life in real life! Sawgrass Village also offers many boutiques and local shops perfect for finding gifts & extra special souvenirs.
Ponte Vedra, or PV as we call it, is world renowned for it’s golf courses! TPC Sawgrass has award winning, PGA Tour Standard Quality courses just waiting for a swing! Whenever you need a break between tees head to Nineteen, a classic all-American restaurant right at the 18th hole at TPC Sawgrass. This is one of our founder Melissa's favorite places to enjoy happy hour drinks & bites! Visit during The Player's Championship and you'll see world famous golfers compete right on these greens!
Want to become unbreakable? Or just enjoy an amazing yoga class, head to Titanium Yoga! Named for the hardware inside of the owner Ashley’s body, the studio was born not only from the fateful car crash, but also her passion for helping others to overcome traumatic experiences of their own. Come away from a class feeling stronger, more rejuvenated & restored.

Where To Eat
5th generation family owned and operated, Cinottis Bakery is a cult classic in PV! As a bakery & sandwich shop, they’re always serving up seasonal treats and savory eats. For cookies, cupcakes & more, make sure you get here early to grab their fresh baked goods.
For healthy & delicious meals head to McFlamingo for lunch. This local eatery uses fresh ingredients to make amazing salads & entrees. Cabana Life's Marketing Associate, Maryrose, says, “This is my absolute FAVORITE lunch place in PV. Their Chicken and Broccoli was love at first bite!” Plus, their entire menu is gluten-free & sugar-free!
For dinner if you’re craving fresh seafood, Palm Valley Fish Camp is the place to be! The inviting atmosphere, and beautiful views make it the place to be noon or night. Locals know this is exactly where to come to get that getaway feel right here at home.
If classic Southern Barbecue is calling your name head to Valley Smoke. Owned by local restaurateurs Ben and Liza (the same who brought you Palm Valley Fish Camp!). Chef Ben spent five years planning Valley Smoke with inspiration from his travels, his team of chef’s & his personal experience creating popular restaurants for the Northeast Florida community! Get ready for a hometown original that will make you rethink modern BBQ.
