We appreciate you shopping Cabana Life and want you to love your sun safe styles!
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of your product purchased on CabanaLife.com within 30 days of purchase. We offer complimentary exchanges for the same style in a different size as well as complimentary exchanges for a new style. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale" or items purchased from a Cabana Life retailer/store.
Merchandise must be unused, unwashed and with original lining, tags and bag.
Please note that we cannot process your return* if you do not use a Cabana Life return label on your box. Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any funds due.

- Enter your order number and email, select "Return" & follow the steps.
- Affix the label e-mailed to you and drop at a US Postal office or with your postman.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment, less a $8 return shipping label fee. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
Complimentary Exchanges For The Same Style, Different Size

- Affix the complimentary label e-mailed to you for your return and drop at a US Postal office or with your postman.
- Your new item will ship to you the next business day.
- Your return shipment must be received within 25 days of placing your new order.
Complimentary Exchange for a New Style
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the style you'd like instead of the item originally purchased. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with your exchange.
- Should your new item cost more, you will be charged the difference.
- We will email you a complimentary return shipping label which will be sent to the email on file.
Incorrect Garment, Damaged/Defective Item or Duplicate?
- Please email email@example.com with your Order # and the issue at hand. We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day and work to correct your order.
- We currently are not offering international shipping due to shipping restrictions and delays. Follow us on social media & subscribe to emails to stay updated when we resume. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and duty costs associated with any returns. If you wish to make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a RMA# prior to shipping your return or exchange. This RMA# will be written on the outside of your return packaging.
