RETURN POLICY 

We accept and offer regular returns, size exchanges, as well as exchanges for a new style or print via “Shop Now”, on products that were purchased from our website within 30 days.

No returns, exchanges, refunds, or online credits are available for items marked as “Final Sale" or items purchased from a Cabana Life retailer/store location. “Final Sale” will be listed above the product name on the product page on the website.

Merchandise must be received in new condition; unused, unwashed and with original lining, tags and bag, and be within the 30 day return window in order to be processed. 

*Cabana Life reserves the right to refuse return processing of any merchandise that does not meet above return requirements.

Please note that we cannot process your return* if you do not include in your package a Cabana Life item packing slip indicating your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) information or use the label/QR code provided. Our return label/QR code includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any refunds accordingly. It is important to understand that any returns that are returned outside of our system will not receive a refund in a timely manner, thus requiring further action taken by our team.

*This does not apply to international orders.

Instructions: Return

  • Enter your order number along with your email, or phone number, or zip code and select "Start a return or exchange"
  • Click on the product you wish to return and select the reason for return
  • Select “Return item”
  • Select “Continue with return” on the bottom
  • Select “Refund”
  • Select “Original form of payment” or if you’d rather “Store Credit”
  • Review information on next page
  • Select “Submit return”
  • Select how you would like to return your item
  • Affix the label or QR code emailed to you by selecting “View your return” in your email confirmation and drop at a US Postal office
  • Once we receive your return and it has been approved by our returns department, we will refund the item purchase amount to your original form of payment, less a $9.95 return fee*. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment depending on your bank or credit card company.

*The $9.95 return fee is a vital part that helps keep our business sustainable.

    • Enter your order number along with your email, or phone number, or zip code and select "Start a return"
    • Click on the product you wish to exchange and select the reasoning
    • Select “Exchange for a new size” and select your new size (if in stock)
    • Select “Exchange item” and then “Continue with return”
    • Affix the label or QR code emailed to you by selecting “View your return” in your email confirmation and drop at a US Postal office
    • Once the carrier scans it in, this is when the exchange order will process and ship*

    *Free shipping applies on size exchanges.

      Instructions: Style/Print Exchange via “Shop Now”

      • Click here to start
      • Enter your order number along with your email, or phone number, or zip code and select "Start a return"
      • Click on the product you wish to return/exchange and select the reasoning
      • Select “Exchange for a new size” 
      • Select “Shop with return credit”
      • Select “Continue with return”
      • Select “Shop Now with $__”
      • This will redirect you to our website where you can shop accordingly and add new item to your cart
      • Once in your cart, select “Check out”
      • This will have you “Review your return” 
      • Left side: shows you what you are sending back and what you will be getting
      • Right side: shows you your “Return summary” with any amount that you might owe 
      • You will then input your credit card information to pay for any price difference owed
      • Select “Submit Return” 
      • Select how you would like to return your item
      • Affix the label or QR code emailed to you by selecting “View your return” in your email confirmation and drop at a US Postal office
      • Once the carrier scans it in, this is when the new exchange order will process and ship*

      Instructions: Gift Return

      • Click here to start 
      • Select “Start Gift Return Here”
      • Locate the item packing slip and input the order number and shipping zip code or email
      • Select “Start a gift return”
      • Input your email and shipping information in order to receive your shipping label/QR code and tracking information and select “Continue”
      • Click on the product you wish to return and select the reason for return
      • Select “Return item” or if you wish to exchange for a new size (if in stock), then select “Exchange Item”
      • Select “Continue with return” on the bottom
      • Select “Refund $___ in store credit”* or “Shop Now with $____”* if you wish to choose another item (see above, “instructions: style/print exchange via shop now”)
      • Review information on next page
      • Select “Submit return”
      • Select how you would like to return your item
      • Affix the label or QR code emailed to you by selecting “View your return” in your email confirmation and drop at a US Postal office
      *Gift returns/exchanges cannot be refunded to the original form of payment - must exchange only for store credit or shop now.

      International Returns/Exchanges

      We currently are not offering international shipping due to shipping restrictions and delays. We are expected to resume international shipping by the end of 2023. Follow us on social media & subscribe to emails to stay updated when we resume. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and duty costs associated with any returns.
