Is there a fee to join the Cabana Rewards Program?

There is no fee to join or to stay in Cabana Rewards.

Is the Cabana Rewards Program available internationally?

No, the rewards program is currently available for domestic customers only.

How do I earn points in the Cabana Rewards Program?

You can earn points in these ways:
 
  • 200 points for signing up
  • Earn points on every product purchase ($1=100 points)
  • 100 points each for following us on Facebook and Instagram (must be clicked through from your rewards account)
  • 50 points for sharing to Facebook (must be click through from your rewards account). Can share once per 30 days and earn 50 points each time.
  • 100 points for each product review, maximum two per 7 days

How do I check my point balance?

Log into your rewards account, then click on the launcher button to open the rewards panel.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Log into your rewards account, then click on the launcher button to open the rewards panel. Next, click on All rewards. If you have enough points, click the Redeem button. To redeem points on variable rewards, use the points slider to select the number of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem.

Do points ever expire?

Yes. Points expire in one rolling year from the date of a first qualifying purchase.

How will I learn when my points are expiring?

You will receive a reminder email one month and one week prior to the expiration.

I redeemed a reward but decided not to use it. Am I able to still use it and how do I access it?

Once you have redeemed your points for a reward it will remain available in your rewards account until your next purchase.

Can I use my rewards points at any time?

Cabana Rewards cannot be used in combination with other promotional codes.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

The points earned from the item(s) you are returning will be removed from your account once the return is processed.

What happens if I forget to log in to my account when checking out?

You must be logged into your account to earn points.

Can I earn points on past purchases?

No, points cannot be added to your account retroactively. You can earn points on all future purchases when logged into your account.

Can I earn points on purchases from other retailers or stores?

No. Points are only earned on valid product purchases made directly from CabanaLife.com.

How do I qualify for each Cabana Rewards tier and how do I stay at that tier?

Tiers reset every calendar year. Earn points between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31 to enter the Cabana Rewards tiers as follows:

  • Cabana Crew = 0-2999 points
  • Cabana Insider = 3000-7499 points
  • Cabana VIP = 7500+ points
Once you’ve entered the tier you’ll enjoy that tier for the remainder of the calendar year.
If you’re ever unsure of your tier level, log into your rewards account, then click on the launcher button to open the rewards panel.

What happens to my points when I spend them?

Once you spend your points they will be deducted from your account.
