RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

What is your return & exchanges policy?

We will gladly accept the return or exchange of our product purchased on CabanaLife.com within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale" or items purchased from a Cabana Life retailer/store. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags and liners. Click here to begin a return or exchange

How soon will I get my refund?

We will refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return in our warehouse. Please note it could take an additional 2-4 business days for your bank to show the refund back to your original form of payment.

My order came, but it's the wrong size, wrong item, missing something, damaged, etc. What do I do now?

Please email customerservice@cabanalife.com with your Order #, Name and the issue at hand. We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day and work to correct your order.

I would like to return my item(s), but I am past the 30 day return policy. What do I do?

Sadly, due to the seasonality of resort wear, we are unable to accept your return after the 30 day window. We encourage every purchase to be tried on and checked over so there is time to return or exchange items before the 30 day period ends.

I got a gift and it isn't working for me, can I exchange it?

Email or call us with the name of the purchaser so that we may look up the order. We will tell you the value of the garment; which you can either put on a Merchandise Gift Card upon returning the item or make an exchange. We are happy to work with you on a new item!

I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?

In order to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders we cannot modify an order once it is placed on our website.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT & PROMOTIONAL CODE POLICIES:

I bought an item at full price, and now it's on sale. Can I get a refund?

If you bought an item at full price and it goes on sale within 14 days, then you can get a one-time adjustment only. Just contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@cabanalife.com with your order number and the product you would like an adjustment on. A refund will be credited to your original method of payment within ten business days.

I bought an item on sale and now it is discounted even more. Can I get a price adjustment?

If you bought an item on sale and it is now discounted more, we will make a price adjustment if purchased within a week.

What else should I know about your price adjustment policy?

We will adjust for the new customer code, or a code that was not entered while a promotion was in progress but cannot make adjustments for promotional events that have expired. Please watch your emails and our site for event dates.

What is your promotional code policy?

If you have already used a Promotional Code on your order, we will not be able to adjust your order further. Only one Promotional code will be honored per order. We do state in our Promotional Details that only one promo code can be used per order and codes cannot be applied to previous orders.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

How to shop online at Cabana Life using Afterpay?

  • Select Afterpay at checkout as your payment method.
  • If you already have an Afterpay account, log in and complete your checkout in seconds.
  • If you are new to Afterpay, you can sign up while you checkout with Cabana Life by following the prompts. No long forms to complete and you will know you’ve been approved within seconds.
  • Orders ship as they would with any other form of payment, as quickly as you choose. All you need is a debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard*). 
  • Enjoy your purchase straight away and pay over four installments every two weeks. You order will be shipped as soon as it's processed by Cabana Life. 
  • Please note: all items in your beach bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the total value must be between $35-$2000. 

Can I use Afterpay if I'm an international customer?

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

What if I can't pay an Afterpay installment?

If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?

Like any Cabana Life order, Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping timeframes. Visit Ground Shipping page for more details.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Afterpay transaction?

Yes, your order must be between $35-$2000 to use Afterpay.

Can I use another form of payment with Afterpay?

Yes, you may also use a Cabana Life gift card or e-gift card with Afterpay to pay for your purchase.

What products are not eligible with Afterpay?

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

Are there any fees to use Afterpay?

There is no interest and no additional fees when you pay installments on time. Automatic payments are taken every two weeks in four installments. You will only be charged a ‘late fee’ if you miss payments.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

What days do you ship and from where?

We ship Monday-Friday up until 2PM. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends/holidays ship out the following business day. All packages ship from Dallas, TX once a day, at the end of the day so add a day to the ship time.

How long will my order take to ship?

We ship ground by FedEx. Please do not use PO Boxes for expedited shipments. Priority Ground (3-5 business days) - $9.95

  • 2 Day Air delivers in 2 days starting with the day after the order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?

We have paused international shipping due to COVID-19 related delays and shipping issues. Once we resume international shipping, we will announce it on our social media and in email marketing. Click here for more information and rates.

I need my order by a certain date, when should I place it?

We strongly advise not cutting it close, especially around holidays and vacation times. Once the package is in the shipping pipeline, we can’t adjust the mode or the address.

Can I send my order as a gift?

You can ship an order directly to the recipient and the price will not be shown on the packing slip, only the order number and product name and SKU. We offer free exchanges. Additionally, you can select the DIY Gift Wrap Set at checkout to have all the essentials to pack your own gift. It will not arrive packaged, this is a DIY set.

While you are placing an order, LIVE CHAT is great. We are on it from 9am-5pm M-F, EST. If you don’t get a person, we are likely on another chat and will call or email you back if you can leave your information.

Please email us with your order number and the issue we can help with. Live chat followed by email are the quickest ways to reach us.

Questions about product sizing, outfitting, personal shopping, or gift buying

While we try to return all calls and emails by the end of the next business day, the busy seasons may have a longer call back response time. Again, emails or live chat are the quickest ways to receive an answer.

Should I email and call you?

There is no need to call and email – one form of communication per day is sufficient and will free up the lines for other customers to contact us.

How are Cabana Life products sun safe?

Cabana Life products achieve UPF 50+, the highest rating available for apparel, through the weave of the fabric and not a fabric additive. UPF 50+ fabric blocks 98% of UVA and UVB rays, and is rated “excellent sun protection." Click here to learn more about our fabrics.

CARE:

How do I care for my Cabana Life clothing?

Rinse your item of all sand & chlorine. Use a gentle cleanser and cool water to hand-wash the item as soon as you take it off for the day. We do not suggest machine washing the items. Lay the item flat to dry.

How do I become a VIP member?

Becoming a VIP member is easy. Just create an account to start earning points and subscribe to our emails and texts to be the first to shop new collections & exclusive offers.

How do I access my rewards information?

You can access your rewards portal by clicking the Cabana Rewards button on the bottom left of our site. Here you can view all your rewards information, including ways to earn & redeem points and your referral code information.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral link to send a friend a $15 Cabana Life coupon. Once they make a purchase, you’ll receive a $15 Cabana Life coupon.

Why can’t I send a referral link to my friend?

The friend must not already have a purchase made with Cabana Life using that email. You can only send a referral once to the same friend. However, you can send your referral to however many friends desired!

How do I manage preferences or unsubscribe from emails?

Open a Cabana Life email in your inbox and at the very bottom of the email click on the link: "To unsubscribe from Cabana Life or update your subscription preferences, click here."
