Cheers to Santorini! Inspired by our founder’s family trip to this dreamy Greek island, this vibrant print features pops of pinks and blues found in Santorini’s beautiful architecture & scenery. First introduced back in 2018, everyone fell in love with its delightful design. We’re bringing this iconic print back, but only for a limited time. Inspired by Saveur’s Santorini Sunrise we tried this refreshing cocktail & added our own spicy herbal twist! Serve this up at your next party & sip it by the sunset.
Ingredients
Makes 1 Cocktail.
2 slices pink grapefruit, quartered (8 total pieces)
4 mint leaves
1 sprig of rosemary, for garnish
2 tsp. honey (Greek honey, if available)
2 oz. Vodka (Or Ouzo for an anise flavor
3 oz. freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
1 oz. Campari
Directions
- In a glass, muddle seven of the quartered grapefruit slices, mint & honey together.
- Fill with ice; add vodka(or ouzo), grapefruit juice and Campari. Then stir.
- Garnish with remaining quarter slice of grapefruit & rosemary.
