Welcome (back) Santorini! We first introduced Santorini in 2018 & everyone fell in love with its delightful design. This print was inspired by our founder’s family trip to the dreamy island. Cabana Life Founder & skin cancer survivor Melissa fell in love with the vibrant hues in the architecture & tilework during her visit, so she had to create a collection that brought the beauty of Santorini to Cabana Life.
With recommendations from Melissa, we put together a travel guide to make your next trip to the Mediterranean as magical as possible! Keep reading to get all our favorite places to eat, sleep & watch the sunset.
Where to Stay
Want to swim in an infinity pool as blue as the sea below AND watch a sunset right from your room?! Stay at Katikies for the most luxurious experience on Santorini. Cavo Tagoo, a favorite hotel of celebrity & travel guru Shay Mitchell, also has gorgeous views & every suite has either its own personal pool or hot tub! For a more intimate stay away from the big hotels rent an entire villa to yourself on airbnb, such as the Apanema Suite.
What to Do
There are endless adventures in Santorini. Start your day with a hike around the island and take in breathtaking views of the island.. There is not a lot of shade in Santorini & rain is rare so make sure to wear a hat & your favorite Cabana Life rashguard for sun protection! Another way to enjoy the sunny days is on a private catamaran. Cruise around the island & see a new side to Santorini. Some cruises even offer private tours of the island!
Did you know Santorini has three different colored beaches? For classic white sand beaches head to Vlychada. Or take a walk on the wild side at The Red Beach. And don’t forget about Perissa & Kamari – two beaches with black sand.
Where to Eat
Our founder Melissa couldn’t recommend To Psaraki enough for delicious Greek cuisine. You can also enjoy a taste of Santorini and never leave the beach at the Theros Wave Bar.
