Super cute but tight in chest

like many other reviews, I found it quite tight in the chest and I am not overly endowed. I kept it because it is so cute but have not worn. I may take it to see if it can be altered somehow.

I love the style of the dress, however the chest area was so small that I couldn’t pull it down. Very disappointed. Please fix your sizing and make it in a blended cotton to add stretch.
