Fun post beach , casual about town or coverup dress.

I couldn't resist this fun print and vibrant colored dress when I saw it and was pleased with both of those aspects. The ruched/ruffled collar isn't totally comfortable against my neck and I wish it had pockets but like it enough to keep it!

Way too short

I love this dress in spite of it being way too short. I just added another layer of fabric around the hem line. I am 5'4 but it was mid-thigh on me. It is cute and swingy but I would like it to be more dress length instead of tunic.
