We appreciate you shopping Cabana Life and want you to love your sun safe styles!
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale" or items purchased from a Cabana Life retailer/store.
Merchandise must be unused, unwashed and with original lining, tags and bag.
Please note that we cannot process your return* if you do not use a Cabana Life return label on your box. Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any funds due.
*This does not apply to international orders.

- Affix the label e-mailed to you and drop at a US Postal office or with your postman.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment, less a $8 return shipping label fee. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
Complimentary Exchanges For The Same Style, Different Size

- Enter your order number and shipping zip code & select "Too Big" or "Too Small” as the reason for the return.
- Affix the complimentary label e-mailed to you for your return and drop at a US Postal office or with your postman.
- Your new item will ship to you immediately.
- Your return shipment must be received within 25 days of placing your new order.
Please note: If your new size is unavailable, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to select a different style instead.
Complimentary Exchange for a New Style
- To get your new items fast, place a new order online for your replacement item.
- Please email us at email@example.com with your Order #, Name, and Sku # for the style you are returning AND the Order # for the new order placed.
- We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day, deduct any shipping costs incurred from the new order and make any adjustments necessary.
Incorrect Garment, Damaged/Defective Item or Duplicate?
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # and the issue at hand. We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day and work to correct your order.
- If a return is needed on an international order, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees, duties & taxes back to our warehouse. If you would like to make an international exchange, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping and shipping, duties & taxes on the new order.
