RETURN POLICY
We offer complimentary exchanges for the same style in a different size as well as complimentary exchanges for a new style. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale" or items purchased from a Cabana Life retailer/store.
Merchandise must be unused, unwashed and with original lining, tags and bag.
Please note that we cannot process your return* if you do not use a Cabana Life return label on your box. Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any funds due.
*This does not apply to international orders.
Returns
- Click here to start your return.
- Enter your order number and shipping zip code & follow the steps.
- Affix the label e-mailed to you and drop at a US Postal office or with your postman.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment, less a $8 return shipping label fee. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
Complimentary Exchanges For The Same Style, Different Size
- Click here to start your complimentary exchange for your correct size.
- Enter your order number and shipping zip code & select "Too Big" or "Too Small” as the reason for the return.
- Affix the complimentary label e-mailed to you for your return and drop at a US Postal office or with your postman.
- Your new item will ship to you immediately.
- Your return shipment must be received within 25 days of placing your new order.
Complimentary Exchange for a New Style
- Click here to start your complimentary exchange for a new style.
- Choose from the drop down menu Style Exchange from the drop down on the item you would like to exchange.
- Then select Find Something New. It will then allow you to select from All Products valid for return/exchange. *Please note Final Sale Products are not valid for return or exchange.
- Select your New product and size if applicable and click confirm item and then the bottom bar which reads COMPLETE RETURNS/EXCHANGE.
- You will then be taken to your summary page and breakdown of the items. Should your new item cost more, you will then have a chance to enter in payment information for the remaining balance.
- We will email you a complimentary return shipping label which will be sent to the email on file. You will then see a new order with the new item that you should receive between 5-7 business days.
Incorrect Garment, Damaged/Defective Item or Duplicate?
- Please email exchanges@cabanalife.com with your Order # and the issue at hand. We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day and work to correct your order.
- Please note that you are responsible for the shipping and duty costs associated with any returns. If you wish to make a return, please email customercare@cabanalife.com for a RMA# prior to shipping your return or exchange. This RMA# will be written on the outside of your return packaging.
