RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of our product purchased on CabanaLife.com within 45 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale" or items purchased from a Cabana Life retailer/store.
Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags and liners.
We will refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return in our warehouse. Please note it could take an additional 2-4 business days for your bank to show the refund back to your original form of payment.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order #, Name and the issue at hand. We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day and work to correct your order.
Sadly, due to the seasonality of resort wear, we are unable to accept your return after the 30 day window. We encourage every purchase to be tried on and checked over so there is time to return or exchange items before the 30 day period ends.
Email or call us with the name of the purchaser so that we may look up the order. We will tell you the value of the garment; which you can either put on a Merchandise Gift Card upon returning the item or make an exchange. We are happy to work with you on a new item!
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t modify it. We can cancel it so that you can start fresh; however. Please call or email us right away.
Pay for your purchase in four interest-free installments. All you need is your debit or credit card to use Afterpay for orders $1-$1,000. No long forms—you’ll know if you’re approved instantly and your order will ship right away. Always zero interest, never additional fees when you pay on time. Automatic payments are taken every two weeks.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT & PROMOTIONAL CODE POLICIES:
If you bought an item at full price and it goes on sale within 14 days, then you can get a one-time adjustment only. Just contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com with your order number and the product you would like an adjustment on. A refund will be credited to your original method of payment within ten business days.
If you bought an item on sale and it is now discounted more, we will make a price adjustment if purchased within a week.
We will adjust for the new customer code, or a code that was not entered while a promotion was in progress but cannot make adjustments for promotional events that have expired. Please watch your emails and our site for event dates.
If you have already used a Promotional Code on your order, we will not be able to adjust your order further.
Only one Promotional code will be honored per order. We do state in our Promotional Details that only one promo code can be used per order and codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
We ship Monday-Friday up until 2PM. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends/holidays ship out the following business day.
All packages ship from Dallas, TX once a day, at the end of the day so add a day to the ship time.
We ship ground by DHL or USPS. Please do not use PO Boxes for expedited shipments, as those may leave with UPS.
Priority Ground (3-5 business days) - $7.95
2-Day Air* (2 business days) - $14.00
- 2 Day Air delivers in 2 days starting with the day after the order is placed.
We strongly advise not cutting it close, especially around holidays and vacation times. Once the package is in the shipping pipeline, we can’t adjust the mode or the address.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO REACH CABANA LIFE?
While you are placing an order, LIVE CHAT is great. We are on it from 9am-5pm M-F, EST. If you don’t get a person, we are likely on another chat and will call or email you back if you can leave your information.
Please email us with your order number and the issue we can help with. Live chat followed by email are the quickest ways to reach us.
While we try to return all calls and emails by the end of the next business day, the busy seasons may have a longer call back response time. Again, emails or live chat are the quickest ways to receive an answer.
There is no need to call and email – one form of communication per day is sufficient and will free up the lines for other customers to contact us.
Rinse your item of all sand & chlorine. Use a gentle cleanser and cool water to hand-wash the item as soon as you take it off for the day. We do not suggest machine washing the items. Lay the item flat to dry.
