"I was diagnosed with a melanoma on my back in 2017, I had a wide excision & sentinel lymph node biopsy, all of which was clean. Two years later I had a CAT scan, fortunately I had an incredible surgeon at Penn Medicine who followed me. It had metastasized to my lung. I had 6 months of immunotherapy treatment at Penn & am now cancer free!! So lucky to be alive, melanoma is such a dangerous skin cancer!!"
