#EscapeMore: Sag Harbor, NY Travel Guide

The beautiful blues of our Sag Harbor print drop are here at last! Sag Harbor is not just an iconic Hamptons’ village & popular celebrity retreat, this Long Island locale is also near & dear to our founder Melissa.

“Growing up on Long Island, and taking on NYC in my 20s, Sag Harbor was a nearby oasis to escape from all the hustle & bustle of everyday life. The cool blues of the harbor & dreamy sunsets inspired our Sag Harbor print.”

To inspire your next escape, we put together our fave spots in this scenic old whaling town. Save this blog for future reference when you’re planning your getaway.

Where to Stay

The award winning Baron’s Cove is the premier resort in Sag Harbor. You’ll spend your days lounging by the saltwater pool, cruising around on a complimentary bicycle, playing a match of tennis on their courts, trying new cocktails in thelounge & sipping morning coffee on the lawn or in the private gardens. Choose from a variety of rooms & suites for your next retreat – and you can even bring your dog! Exploring outside of the hotel’s grounds is easy thanks to the complimentary shuttle & beach setup services to Sag Harbor’s iconic sandy shores.

If you’re looking for a more intimate stay, The American Hotel features 8 double rooms in the middle of main street. An East-End fixture since the height of the whaling era in 1846, this small hotel pays homage to its rich history with its architectural details & quaint additions. From the wallpaper & backgammon tables to wicker chairs, enjoy this traditional taste of the Hamptons. Event though you’re staying in the heart of the village, you can enjoy elegant meals in the hotel’s restaurant.
