Sparkling Spiked Lemonade in Champagne Glasses

Sparkling Spiked Lemonade

This sweet & citrusy recipe from NomasteHungry is simple, sweet and easy to mix for one or a dozen! 

Ingredients

Makes 3 servings. 

2 shots vodka

Fresh mint leaves

1 1/4 cup lemonade

1/2 cup sparkling water

Ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, sprinkle in the mint leaves.
  2. Pour in the vodka, lemonade, and sparkling water.
  3. tir to combine.
  4. Last, add in the ice and let chill for an hour before serving.

Cosmopolitan in glass with lime peel twist

Classic Cosmopolitan

This cocktail from Amanda’s Cookin is a tart treat! And great for cocktail lovers who prefer sour over sweet. 

Ingredients

Makes 1 serving. 

1 1/2 oz citrus vodka

1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 oz cranberry juice

1 lime wedge or twist*

Directions

*To make this pretty lime twist, use a vegetable peeler to make one long peel of a lime zest. Use scissors to trim off an even, narrow strip & then twist that strip of lime skin around a chopstick. Then set it aside (or in the freezer) while you prepare the cocktail.


  1. Measure the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice & shake vigorously for 1 minute.
  2. Strain cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with lime wedge or twist. 
  3. Serve & enjoy!
