Whether you are hosting a dinner party & want a tasty drink to serve or staying in for the night watching your favorite show, this refreshing Pink Rosé Sangria drink from Barley & Sage is just for you.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle rosé wine
- ½ cup vodka
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar, optional
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 blood orange, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 2 cups soda (sprite, club soda or seltzer the choice is up to you!)
Instructions
- Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, orange slices & mint to a large pitcher.
- Add in the wine, vodka, lemon juice, (and sugar if using) & stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the fruit time to infuse the sangria.
- Add the soda immediately before serving.
- Serve over ice & don't forget to ladle some of the fruit into each glass!
