Not a swin short

Have to say this one was a real disappointment CL. There is no built-in panty as stated in the product description. And it runs small. Expected a true swim-style short but this is a non-stretch piece with a zipper & set in waist. Granted there are pockets but as it does not fit well and quite uncomfortable it's not going to be worn as I had hoped. Maybe I received the wrong item?

The color is pretty but I’m not to crazy about the material on me.

Don't fit right have a weird front pooch.
