I don't wear rompers, but I thought I would give this a try. I love it, it is so comfortable and easy to get on and off. I plan on leaving the back unzipped just a bit to give it a keyhole design in the back which can be done as it also has a tiny hook. I bought a medium, although small would fit but I feared it would show more of my figure than I would like to show as I am aging. I am very happy with this!
