Hat is considerably smaller than Moroccan Tile Hat

I love your products, and I've ordered lots for my 4 yo niece. She's wears her Moroccan Tile hat all of the the time (size 4-7). This one barely fits on her head, and forget about a pony tail. I don't know if it was a one-time anomaly change in manufacturers.
