If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return or exchange your unused items. Cabana Life will gladly accept the return or exchange of the merchandise within 21 business days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original lining, tagging and bag. Simply send the merchandise back with receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will be processed with original payment method.
Our Returns & Exchanges policy does NOT apply to our Sale section. No refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items.
If you wish to exchange, we encourage you to place a new online order for the correct item(s), as we cannot guarantee availability.
We will issue a refund within 17 days of the date you placed your return in the mail.
Did you order the wrong size or color? No Problem! Fill out the exchange form enclosed with your order. We’ll send out your new items when we receive your merchandise back in our warehouse. If any of your requested items are unavailable, we will process as a return.
Returning a gift? Include the recipients name, address, and phone number. Indicate whether you’d like to exchange the gift for another color/size or if you prefer a gift certificate for a future purchase. Outgoing exchanges are shipped free within the U.S.
