Q: Do you provide a return label for returns or exchanges?
A: We do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for shipping your return/exchange back to us. We do however, provide free shipping on all exchanged items being sent out to you.
Q: Can I get a refund for my shipping on my returned order?
A: Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Q: Can I return an item once it’s been worn?
A: All items returned back to us must be in perfect condition with all original tags attached, panty liner in place and free of any odor and/or stains. It is up to Cabana Life’s discretion to decide if the returned item(s) are in perfect condition or not. If it is not, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please take extra care when trying on your items that no make up or other marks get on the clothing.
Q: How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
A: You have 21 days to make a return from the date of original purchase. If your item(s) are returned past the 21-day window, it is up to Cabana Life’s discretion to accept the return. If it is accepted, you will be issued a store credit for the current price on the website if less than the original purchase price.
Q: How long does it take before my return or exchange is completed?
A: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund process. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days and you will see a refund back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on the posting speed of your banking institution.
Q: What is the fastest way to do an exchange?
A: If you need your exchanged item(s) quickly, we recommend that you place a new order online as a separate purchase. This will help ensure we don't sell out of the size or style you desire while we await your return. Once you send back your original order, we will then process it as a return and refund your original form of payment.
Q: I got an item from Cabana Life as a gift, how do I exchange it?
A: Please click http://www.cabanalife.com/returns. Print our Return / Exchange Form and include the original purchaser's name. Please provide your address along with your return for shipping purposes. Indicate whether you'd like to exchange the gift for another product or store credit. We can only issue refunds to the original form of payment.
Q: Can I add an item or delete one once my order has been placed?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to edit any order once it has been placed.
Q: Can I get a price adjustment for the sale you are currently running?
A: Cabana Life will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within five days of the order date. Items not purchased at full-price are ineligible for price adjustments of any sort. If an item(s) were full-price at the time of purchase and are now found in our sale section, price adjustments are ineligible as well.
Q: Can I use more then one promo code at a time?
A: No, only one coupon may be used per purchase.
Q: My bathing suit has started to fade, discolor, and/or show excessive wear and tear. Can I get a replacement?
A: As these are high quality products, please be sure treat your items with care. Follow all care instructions found in the garment, and be sure to hand rinse in cold water after wear. Hot tubs, heavily chlorinated pools, lotions and drying garments in direct sunlight may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit. These are not considered defects. A replacement will not be given for such situations.
Q: I have a defective piece, what do I do?
A: Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Please contact Cabana Life at email@example.com for damages that occur with a description and photos of questioned damage. We will get back to you in a timely manner with how to resolve the matter.
Q: How do I care for my Cabana Life garments?
A: Cabana Life guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 60 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. Like any other garment, our suits experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.
Q: How do I wash my Cabana Life garments?
A: While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water. Lie flat or hang to dry out of direct sunlight. RINSE GARMENT IN COLD WATER AFTER EACH USE to ensure chlorine, salt, and sand does not stay in the garment damaging fibers.
Q: I placed my order on Friday. When will my order be shipped?
A: There is no shipping on Saturday & Sunday. There is no shipping on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
