When you’re coming out of a winter slump, it’s easy to make your house sparkle with some spring cleaning or transition your closet for versatile warm-weather functionality. But do you take the time to take care of yourself? If you’re in a rut after being inside all winter or just can’t seem to get motivated with the change of seasons, take some time to reconnect with yourself using the 7 steps below.

1. Daydream.

Create a vision of what you’d like your spring to look like. A vision adds intent and purpose to everything you do and can remind you of what’s important and enjoyable to you.

2. Wake up earlier.

3. Treat yourself.
